Greetings from Cambodia!
On January 8th I launched alongside 17 others on this journey of sharing the good news with people all around the world. We all decided to leave our comfort zone this year to encounter MORE of Jesus. For a very long time in my walk with Christ I never truly understood what it meant to listen to God’s voice. UNTIL NOW…

We have completed a week of training here and I have learned so much from our mentor, coaches, and leaders. I know for sure that walking on this journey of being the hands and feet of Jesus takes an open heart to receive from Him. Our goal is to be more like Him so we can pour out into the people that cross our paths . for the rest of our lives.

We have been learning about the Cambodian culture, people and my favorite part… the food. Not being able to speak Khmer has been hard to communicate but thank God for the universal language of hand signals. My favorite feeling is when we walk the streets of Phnom Pehn (which we do a lot) and people smile back at us.
With training camp still going on, we haven’t had much time on our own yet but I will say that the little time we have spent with the locals has been incredible! The kids are so full of love and joy. They just want to play 24/7 and it is a beautiful reminder of Matthew 18:3, “And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”
What is one thing you would like to grow in this year spiritually?
