Some thoughts from this week-
- i’m in georgia! for the third summer in a row! about to take part in my third training camp! wut thaaaa
- i learned a lot this week about the heart of God & about leading people well.
- i’m serving along side of an amazing leadership team! they’re a bunch of God fearing men & women who desire uprightness & who live out of a place of such tender overflow from the Father.
- the cost of discipleship is high, but the reward is even higher. that everyone involved would know/LOVE God even deeper than before.
- it’s hot here. there’s a whole lot of new rules & regulations because of covid. some of my best friends live 5 minutes down the road & we can’t see each other. nothing looks like i thought it would.
- BUT HE IS WORTHY OF MY DISCOMFORT, FEARS, & CONFUSION.
- when i said yes to Jesus, when i said yes to being a disciple that goes & makes disciples WHEREVER i go, i also said yes to continuing to choose Him even when i stumble upon a trial.
- & He promises to be faithful, to be with me, & to love me.
no season ever turns out how you think it should be. it’s never simple. it’s never a walk in the park. but if you invite Jesus into your space you’ll never leave the same.
with love, nikki
