My best friend & fellow squad mate, Anna, suggested that we write a blog inspired by Bella Robertson’s “this is me” post on Instagram…so here it isss!
This is me.
Fresh out of the shower, no makeup, in a t-shirt that is way too big for me as per usual. Mornings are hard for me, I usually snooze my alarm for at least an hour before I can actually get out of bed and make it to the shower. I’m a girl who loves routine & who loves to know what’s happening. I’m a girl who loves her alone time, who sometimes needs to just be alone & be silent to become energized again- but once I get to know you I won’t be able to get enough of you & will probably be attached at your hip. I’m a girl who likes to listen more than I like to speak, but also a girl who probably has more to say than I let on. I love deeply. Vulnerability is tricky & I overthink everything. Sometimes I care a little bit too much about what others think of me. I love to hug & touch. I eat just about anything with bbq sauce. Coffee is weird, tea is everything. I’m clumsy & words are hard for me. I have fallen down & have had more set backs than I can count, but the Lord continues to meet me right where I am every time. Daughter, loved, worthy, forgiven.
