Hi friends!
I’m glad you came to visit my blog, my name is Miguel and I am 22 years old from Milwaukee, WI. I’ve never been much of a writer or even a blogger really, so bear with me as this is an area that I definitely want to grow in.
So some fun facts about me:
I am the youngest of 4, siblings ages range from 25-30, 1 sister, 2 brothers.
My deepest passions in life include people, service, traveling, and art.. (the World Race is kinda fitting)
I’m in college for computer science.
I love strangers and making new friends.
Missions has always been a passion of mine, this is not my first experience with international missions, and I know I am called to continue this throughout the remainder of my life.
I’m a morning person, I’m also a night owl.. I just love being awake, I don’t want to miss a thing.
I have an obsession with learning about beverages, I’ve been a barista and bartender for years and with that came a major desire to learn about coffee, wine, beer, tequila, and craft cocktails.
I’m loud, extroverted, and don’t mind public speaking.
I love fashion!
I have a passion to help those who struggle with substance abuse and addiction.
I love tattoos, I think it is an amazing art form.’
I go with the flow and am a major adventure seeker.
I have only one thing on my bucket list, and that is to bungee jump from a helicopter into an active volcano. (Yes, this is a thing, it costs $10,000 and can be done in Chile)
I want to get really good at photography, but have yet to have the time to dedicate to it. If you want to see some of my earlier adventures, my Instagram is: @Miiggy.smalls
That pretty much sums me up…
I am excited for this journey and cannot wait to be the hands and feet of Christ in areas of the world that need that kind of love. After reading this, I ask that you would keep me in your prayers throughout this journey and throughout the fundraising process. If you feel led to help support me financially, that would be greatly appreciated, at the top of this page, you will see the donate button (all donations are tax deductible). If you need to contact me with any questions or concerns, feel free to email me ([email protected]) or send me a text (414-416-5659). Also, please subscribe to my blog for more details on my trip and for updates while I am on the field.
Thank you for reading!
Much love,
Miguel Gonzalez
