Hello Everyone! I know you have been long awaiting an update and I have many to catch you up on. I want to share this blog I wrote in February and catch you up through a couple of blogs.

Here in February, my team and I have been placed in Guayaquil, Ecuador! We are working alongside a ministry called Red de Multiplicacion!

Red de Multiplicacion’s vision is to build a healthy church representing the Kingdom of God in every community. Our mission is to equip leaders with tools and resources to strengthen and multiply healthy churches. Within this ministry, my team and I experience and so much growth with church planting, evangelizing, discipleship, encouraging the local church. We worked alongside 9 different pastors and church planter in this area, visiting communities, evangelizing, planting churches, and encouraging/disciplining the local church. We made many different house churches and communities.

EXPECTATIONS

Here in Ecuador in month 2 was tough at times because we didn’t know what was expected of us sometimes and what we needed to prepare for ministry. When it came to communication, we would find out at the last min if someone on the team needed to preach or have a testimony ready. Sometimes it was that we needed to lead worship or lead an entire children’s service. Whatever it was we were hit with curveballs and had to learn the expectations that we set and planned to have we had to let go. God has been teaching me the last couple of weeks is not to have any expectations. My team struggled by setting expectations before arriving.

I have learned that the Lord is in control. Every day, I and some on my team have struggled with the concept of “Going with the flow.” I know the Lord is calling us to change our mindset when it comes to serving. Jesus said he came to serve and not to be served. When things don’t go our way or as planned, I have to remember that truth. We have to remember that our Lord Jesus Christ! Regularly, information would get lost in the translation with our ministry hosts. I am so proud of everyone on my team! We all grew so much in boldness, and I am honored to have seen and witness everyone on my team preach in a different church this month! We each got the opportunity to show obedience to the Lord by preaching for the first time for most of us.

ECUADORIAN MULTIPLICATION

Ministry in Ecuador has been filled with so much growth in evangelism and speaking out on what the spirit is leading us to share! I see the kingdom in a new light. The people here in Guayaquil truly live out the gospel EVERY SINGLE DAY! Every day we lived out the gospel alongside all of the pastors and their churches. My team and I went out to minister, encourage, pray, and love the people in their surrounding neighborhoods. This month we have easily have visited over 80 homes here in Guayaquil. It has been a blessing to be able to connect and to share and contribute to the vision this ministry has. Each pastor We have walked through the flooded streets sharing the fathers love to anyone who came in contact with us. So many stories surrounded healing, reconciliation of relationships with the father, encouragement through visions, and spiritual growth and unity within my team.

A STORY FROM A VISION

One day on ministry, we went to a house that had around 6 children and 2
Women. The fathers of the children we didn’t get the opportunity to talk to, but we got to encourage them to go back to church. They said that they had struggled with circumstances preventing them from going to church. Finances, health, and push back from the Father of the house.

We sat down and got to know their story. After 45 min the Lord put Psalms 98 on my heart that I saw in my vision. I read it aloud and then shared my vision with them.

In my vision, I was standing in the corner of their living room in spirit. The first thing that happened was a radiant light flashing inside from the front door. The children ran in their house laughing and filled with so much joy! The 2 ladies in the house were also filled with so much joy and happiness! They weren’t crying, stressed, angry, or frustrated! Al of the children and the mothers were all dressed in white! Their house was made of white brick and engraved all around the house was Psalms 98! They all had huge golden trumpet stations that surrounded the house! They all ran out at the same time to blow on their trumpets! The birds flew into the air, and the whole earth could feel the joy of the Lord. They had golden illuminated paths that connected the church and houses to their house of joy! People began to follow the golden illuminated pathways to their home, and everyone entered into the joyful house experiencing the love and joy from the Father! So many people were flocking to their house to experience the love shown through this beautiful family. I encouraged them to share the love with the people in the church and neighborhoods.

After I had shared, they were touched and began to cry. It was a beautiful moment where I saw the Lord touch them. They had so much of the father’s love and joy! I was inspired by the compassion and love they had for the Lord despite their circumstances! I am learning to encourage people in what the Lord is telling me what is within them. For them to see that they are not defined by what they are going through or by what they don’t have but by what the Lord has already given them.

CALLED TO CHILDREN

We have put together amazing skits for the kids at the different churches and neighborhoods we were serving. We have danced, taught, made silly faces, and laughed with the children here in Ecuador.

I see so much of the father’s heart in this ministry and these people. They understand what it means not to keep people in the church. They truly equip the church to go out and start new churches that equip and send out. They go out and establish relationships with the people of their communities. They see them with the eyes of Christ, and they empower them to follow Jesus and to do what he commanded us to do. My team has grown in so much boldness when it comes to sharing the gospel and preaching! The unity we have when going into these houses to love and encourage is so cool. We are walking and believing in the holy spirit, and it’s incredible to see it play out as lives are being changed. We came from week one not having much or and Idea to by week 3 sharing encouraging visions and sharing the gospel! Y’all we on fire! Peru doesn’t know what’s coming yet! But Lord knows we are walking in the light! Peru is about to get lit up!
