Three & a half weeks ago I would’ve never imagined that this would be my last blog with photos highlighting our month in country. But that’s something I’m continuing to process and when I’m ready I will post one last blog all about whats going on, next steps and all that fun stuff. But for now…our here’s some photos & short stories of our short time in Romania!

My team got to live with two others teams this month & share a floor of a mission house. It was a wild time with so many people living in one area but we made it work!!

We lived in Craiova, Romania. It was absolutely beautiful!

Moments before I was admitted into the infectious disease clinic in Bucharest. Little did I know it would be a three day stay only to find out it was not malaria & instead a tropical disease.

We ate these hot dogs often on our WR budget.

Another favorite food…shawarmas!!

One day for ministry the boys & I went to a park and played some ball with some of the locals. This was one of my favorite days this month! I was finally healthy enough to get back out to do ministry & it was basketball which brought me so much JOY!!

My old teammate & friend Lubbock snapped this picture of Jason & I praying at church. Such a sweet moment.

We didn’t know it at this point yet, but this was our final day of ministry on the WR. We put on a basketball & soccer tournament. Originally this was supposed to be hosted by a team from Arizona but because of the virus they were unable to travel & we took it on last minute!

My day one – Macky!!

She was my first friend from our squad. We shared at tent at training camp back in June and the rest is history. Although we were never on a team together we were still able to get so close and I’m so thankful to have a friend like Macky. We even have the same name which is pretty cool 😉

One last photo of team Kenz & the boys.

Last flight with some of my favorites, Grant & Ellie.
