Well, the time is finally here…
My flight leaves tomorrow morning for Atlanta where I will spend a few days with my squad before we take off to Colombia on the 7th!
This feels like a dream, not a reality that begins tomorrow.
A lot of people have asked about my emotions, so here are some current ones that I can form into words:
Excited! To finally be back with my squad and team. To grow deeper in my relationship with Jesus. To see the world how He sees it.
Anxious! Stepping out of every comfortable thing I have ever known into the unknown.
Sad! To leave my mom and sister 🙁 no Chick-Fil-A overseas 🙁 to leave all my friends 🙁 to move out of my house 🙁
I am unsure of what these next 11 months will fully look like but I am confident that Jesus will provide me comfort and peace. I am so thankful for a constant God through all of this change!
