I chose to go on the race because I have always had a passion for global missions and serving others around me! I wanted to model Jesus’ life while he was here on earth, serving the least of these and loving others along the way!
What is one thing the Lord has taught you since beginning the race two months ago?

I am hoping to grow most in not letting my emotions or circumstance rule me, but letting just the presence of the Lord fill me up in supernatural ways.

Why did you choose to do the World Race?
Having just surrendered my life to God in a more serious walk, I felt led by Him to go on the race to serve and glorify Him, and see it now as a deeper surrender that kept me further from temptations I could’ve faced in a new walk with Him right into college.

The Lord has taught me how important it is to press into His presence all throughout the day, things big and small, all highs and lows.
What are you hoping to grow in the most throughout the rest of your time on the race?
I’m hoping to grow so deep in my relationship with the Lord upon the foundation He has already laid out. Deeper in His truth and His will for me and living it out to glorify Him.
