Month two already! I can’t believe that we are already here! Here is a short recap on Cambodia and month one. We started with training camp which was roughly a week and a half long. At which we had a team of advisors from the states and the best serve team of a few former racers to train and focus us on how to listen to the Lord’s voice and developing our relationship with the Lord.

During training camp my team met Ruth. Ruth started Daughters of Cambodia. Daughters is an organization that allows women to freely choose to leave the sex industry and learn skills to change the course of their lives. They are given live skills, job skills, medical care and personal development tools. They also have the gospel shared with them every step of the way. Over the years Ruth has encountered great trials as you would expect from someone who is doing a great work for the Lord. She has kept her faith and her, man y’all I wish you could all meet Ruth. It’s hard to describe her spirit. She has seen and witnessed so much of the pits of what humans are darkly capable of doing but she keeps taking a step in faith. She knows how much the Father is for this work and how Satan is against it. Since beginning Daughters she has welcomed over 770 women into freedom. God has given her huge plans to expand into other countries as well and help other women walk in the Lord’s freedom. In case you can’t tell Daughters has a very special place in my heart. And I have a request for you, Daughters needs supporters like you. I have included a link to their website so you can learn more about Daughters and if you feel led please support these women. https://www.daughtersofcambodia.org/support-us Thank you, if you have any more questions please feel free to contact me personally!

The rest of the month was filled with getting to know travelers, meeting amazing people and getting to know my team better. I know that seems so short but there is so much to tell and I don’t know if there is enough room! Now we are in Thailand. Holy cow we are in Thailand! Just starting out on our time here, I can’t wait to update you all with many more people and stories! Please check out the link above!

Cambodia, you will always have a piece of my heart as will all of the amazing people, thank you for being the start of this journey.

Love,

Jenna
