I have been wrestling for a few days on how exactly to introduce you to my team. It’s hard to put into words who we are and what we bring to our trip. I’d first like to say thank you to my team mates. Y’all have such a sweet spot in my heart, I love seeing your hearts for Jesus and how vastly different we all are. I could not imagine starting this trip with anyone else. I know you will help point me to Jesus and we will all grow. Y’all are my family and my home away from home, love you.
Team Harmony. We chose our name because this is how we desire to live, we want to take our differences and embrace them just like different instruments and notes in music. It will take some fine tuning but we hope to work and live in near perfect harmony with the Lord and each other.
Ana, you are resilient and has such a pure and sincere heart for people. I have watched and seen your heart break for the people here. You have so much joy for life and love to give others. Keep bringing your Latina fire to our team! Ana, I cant wait to see how God will use your heart for others now and forever.
Chelsey, girl you are so strong and bold. I hope that you always know the beauty you bring to life. Your heart beats for Christ and children, you are uniquely made for this journey. You keep us on our toes and bring a piece of the states with us with your North Carolina accent. Chels, I cant wait to see God just show up in your journey.
Josh, you are silent most of the time but you are constantly praying and interceding to the Throne for our team. Your heart yearns to be closer to Christ and to draw us closer as well. Josh, I am excited to see how your heart will be changed for Him and His people.
Travis, your willingness to hear from God and be used of Him is truly inspiring. So much in your life has lead you to this moment. You have such a child like joy in seeking Him. Thank you for always making sure we all make it even if it’s just physically sometimes haha. Trav, there is so much more to come for you, embrace every step, even the hard ones and know we are all here for you.
