We left Minneapolis and headed to Wisconsin Dells! We partnered with Bella Goose coffee shop. It’s an incredible coffee shop and they have multiple shops all over the world. Every dollar that they profit goes to sex trafficking and there ministry. We stayed at Camp Hiawatha, where all the J-1 kids (International work) stay. We also in Wisconsin had a couple parents come out. We had Morgan and Andrews parents fly and drive in. I love them and there amazing. They have a time where parents can come and see what we do at the World Race. The time was around summer in Wisconsin, and it was gorgeous! We got a tour by Jay, the owner of the coffee shop and he showed us how the shop worked and places in the dells. I’ve been to the Dells before but, everything was different this time. We worked with a food pantry called bridge point. It was an incredible place, and met some incredible people. We got taken out to lunch by June, and that was one of my highlights. We also served food to people at Camp Hiawatha with the parents. We had Tanner, Leah, and Suz come down from Minnesota and we explored near devils lake. It was so beautiful! I got to go home for a couple days in between. I got to see family, friends, and share with people what was happening this year. I also got to see Winston, which I’m more than exited to come home to see! I’m in the airport right now writing this going back to Wisconsin, and I can say, traveling around the states this year, that I truly love Wisconsin. We got taken out and stayed at an air bnb in Milwaukee with my parents one night. We had Bridget go home, she went back to one of the first places World Race America went to. She was going to be working with the ministry there.
I love Wisconsin and have a deep love for my home state. We then take off for Washington to do a awakening (teaching) and debrief!
