Lately all that I have been doing, which has consisted primarily of working at Bubba’s Burgers, going to the beach, and worshiping with the Brown family, has has a worshipful element to it. The Lord has been revealing Himself so much lately to myself in worship, and I have been challenged to let all that I do be done as worship for the Almighty. The Lord has totally blessed this time on the island and this season I am in right now has been the most fruitful yet. The chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever, and I feel that lately I have been getting a glimpse of what life in heaven is like, because in all that I do I pray that God be glorified and I unequivocally enjoy His presence in my life. I have been further rooting myself in the word of God and contemplating all day the flawless character of Yahweh. It excites me so much that God, infinite in wisdom and power, would design such a weak vessel to receive glory from; not that God has made a mistake, but that his love would be manifested in the insurmountable mercy shown to the elect.

God you are awesome in all of your ways, Lord tune my hear to sing thy grace that you be glorified, and that your elect be edified. Father you have created us for your own pleasure, you have created us to worship you and it is my deepest plea that I never cease to find you worthy of all praise until the time comes where I must stand before your infinite being. God I pray that in all things; in prayer, in meditation, in song, and in service to others, it be my hearts greatest desire to do all as unto the one true King.

“Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth. Shout, and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.”
