Love God and Love People. Easy as that. But, how easy is it really? I’ve had the misconception that loving others well included actually having a conversation with them. However, that’s not always what it looks like. In this situation, it looked like smiling at this beautiful woman and making her feel valued and seen without saying anything. With the language barrier, it has been so hard for me to feel like I am being successful with sharing God with others. However, when I remember the power that my Father has, I realize that if I just take the time to be obedient and listen to others even if I don’t understand them, God will still move in ways we won’t even comprehend.
