After 28 years of living, my most valued virtue is honesty. Telling the truth, doing what you say you will do, being true to who you are in every circumstance. I feel like the most happy, most joyful, most beautiful are those who are honest with God, themselves, and others. I’m grateful for my friends who in the same breath tell me the truth and challenge me to grow. If you’ve got people like that, keep them close!
Welcome to my first Vlog! Hope you enjoy 🙂
Verses I talk about:
Matthew 22:14 “Many are called, few are chosen”
Matthew 25: 1-13 Oil lamps/10 virgins
(I kind of smooshed/summarized this whole section in Acts. I feel like its important to read it in the fullness so I’m adding it here.)
Acts 20:22-27 “And now behold, I am going to Jerusalem, constrained by the Spirit, not knowing what will happen to me there, except that the Holy Spirit testifies to me in every city that imprisonment and afflictions await me. But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. And now behold, I know that none of you among whom I have gone about proclaiming the kingdom will see my face again. There for I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all for I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole counsel (will) of God.”
Love you guys.
