Hey everyone! This is my first blog post and I don’t even know where to begin. Only 3 short weeks ago my twin Kat and I decided that we were going to apply to go on the world race gap year. Before then we had been planing on exploring our interests in the arts, With wanting to move to Nashville to pursue music and pottery. But God was calling me for something greater. As I continued to plan my next year I continually had doubts and question of the plan I had in mind. Then one Sunday I sat in church listening to our pastor speak on how the ultimate form or worship is to spread Jesus to we you encounter. It hit me I knew what I wanted to do!!! In that moment I knew that God was calling me to go into the mission field. That Sunday I went home and told my twin that I new what I was going to do next year, as I told her she preceded to tell me that she also had been thinking of doing a mission trip and that she had been looking into world race gap year. That sunday was was the day when my journey started! it’s been 3 weeks and I couldn’t be more excited and confident in my decision to surreender my life to fulling living for my lord and savior!
