It’s the start of month six and we are passed the halfway point… in about a week I get to meet my parents in India for PVT (parents vision trip). They both get to meet me on the field and experience life on the race for six days! Pray for them haha They’ve never traveled out of the country let alone have flown on a plane for 20 hours, but I cannot wait!!

Team update: love my gals, but team Vessel is no longer. I now have the opportunity to be the team leader of Romcom! Introducing my new teammates Alli, Erik, Nick, Madeleine (my pal from vessel) and Kristin.

One morning in Ethiopia I woke up unsatisfied, restless and reflective. Though the race has been such an experience, if I could do it again I would choose the expedition route. I’m currently on the traditional route. The race has truly been my greatest adventure yet, so hear me out. These past six months have flown by, my relationship with Jesus has grown tremendously, I’ve gained new lifelong friends, I have been to 6 different countries and have experienced 4 different cultures honestly my list could go on. I am so very grateful. Waking up restless and reflective actually fired me up for these last six months on the field. With my new team I am praying for placements in the unreached places, I am not settling for enough I want to experience the unimaginable and total dependence on God more deeply than I ever have before.

Prayer request:

For safe travels for Maureen and Todd and for them to experience the supernatural love of God!

To love and lead and be lead by my new teammates

To do a few weeks of missions in Australia

For our team to be placed in unreached areas with opportunities to share the good news

For the sake of His name,

Bailey 🙂
