And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.

Matthew 21:22

It’s important to be able to look back and see how the Lord answered prayers over time. Just as I did last month, I’m going to share how my country-specific prayer requests were answered last month as well as share a few requests for month three. This is in addition to my comprehensive list of things I’d appreciate prayer over. You can read that blog post here No Truer Kindness | My Prayer Requests. Read all the way to the bottom for a view of the sunset here in the desert.

Answered Prayers from Ecuador

  • While we never fully acclimated to the altitude in Quito, we did adjust. No one got seriously ill from altitude sickness.
  • We served as a team at ministry and had some fun adventures together.
  • We also grew in community as a team as well as built relationships with our ministry partners.
  • We quickly settled into our accommodations and loved working with our ministry Pan de Vida.

Prayer Requests for Peru

  • Adjusting to the warm & dry climate
  • The Lord’s continued growth of our team and His work in each of us individually.
  • Ministry at Iglesia la Antorcha- the church we are working with here in Pacasmayo, Peru.
  • Wisdom as we prepare to transition out of South America
  • Safety and good health as we travel to India April 4-8

Thanks again for following me on this journey and supporting me in prayer.

Your love & kindness is appreciated.

I asked the Lord to spend at least one month of the eleven near the ocean, specifically to see a Pacific coast sunset. We had only been in Peru for two days when I snapped this photo. The Lord continues to amaze me with the beautiful ways He loves me.
