As I write this I’m somewhere 40,000 feet over the U.S. on my way to Colorado to play in a volleyball tournament and to get away for a bit. So I figured I should write a blog since its been awhile, and thought I’d use this one to encourage and talk about the faithfulness of the Lord.
For the last year I’ve not paid for a flight (except for taxes, so $11 a flight). People ask all the time how I travel so much and ive even had people say I shouldn’t be going on trips because I’m doing @theworldrace. But let me tell you about the Lord and how He works. Back in November of 2017 while I was in Israel one of the Pastors said to pray bold prayers that scared us, so one of my was this: “Lord I want to travel, not just for missions but pleasure as well and I want to do it for free or at least almost free.” And guess what?! He answered that prayer! Psalm 37:4 says to Delight yourself in the Lord and He will Give you the desires of your heart. He’s a good dad who likes to bless His children and make them happy, so I just want to give Him praise for that but also encourage those of you that have BIG dreams, whatever they may be. Ask Him and He might surprise you in how He answers those dreams!
