I have been at Launch in Atlanta now for the past 3 days. We are learning a lot about finances, safety, risk, living in the spirit and community living. Of everything we have talked about the most notable is that our route has been changed. First we will be traveling through Ecuador for a few weeks which is an awesome bonus. Then the last two countries we were planning on going to have really been changed due to some internal things in the countries. So instead of ending our trip in Haiti and the Dominican Republic we are now getting and extra two months in Asia. We will begin our tour of Asia in Vietnam and we will also be visiting Indonesia. Here’s a cool picture someone on my squad made.

Travel updates:
We fly out of Atlanta tomorrow morning around 5:45. We head to Boston for an eight hour lay over. From Boston we fly to Miami and wait to board our final flight. Around 10 PM we depart from Miami and head to Santiago, Chile. We should arrive around 8 the next morning. From there our squad will split up and our team and team leader will board a bus for 22 hours until we arrive in Calama, Chile.
I just wanted to update everyone and I will be posting here mainly about the race. Prayers for safe travel and adventure are welcomed. Also anything else you want to pray for I would appreciate it!
