Today was another long day. We started again with our morning prayer and then a prayer walk. After getting back from our walk, I helped with the practical work around the church. We have an event going on here tomorrow, so we spent a lot of time cleaning. A lot, of time. I spent so much time on one particular window I don’t even think Monk would have a single complaint about it.
After we finished cleaning and setting up, I headed for the gym with a teammate and couple other squadmates. I got to lead them in a workout together which solidified my passion for sports, training, medicine, and health even more.
Afterwards we headed back and went straight into our coffee house ministry. I spent the first half of the night serving people, making coffee and cleaning up. It was nice to just sit back and watch the Lord work on the hearts of the people there through conversation, card games, music, etc. I’m usually the person trying to meet everyone and play games and talk to people, so tonight was a little strange for me to take a step back. It was definitely worth it though. The Lord has been working on my heart for His people here. Tonight I got to witness the work He’s doing in other’s hearts as well.
