Until next time, Swaziland… these are the things I’ll miss most about you.

I will miss TASTING Faith’s pot bread, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, beef stew, Caribbean Island Balsamic Vinegar Lay’s potato chips, and Jenna’s homemade coffee creamer.

I will miss SEEING the kids smiling faces at the care point, the always changing skies (stars, lightning, sunrises/sunsets, the magical clouds), the mountains and valley, and the Towns family every day.

I will miss HEARING the Swazi worship songs, the care point kids’ giggles, the goat noises 24/7, people worshiping in the prayer garden, and the way Bongiwe our shepherd says our names.

I will miss the FEELING of the kids’ hugs at the care point, the wind and Swazi breeze, and laying in a hammock and doing nothing.

I will miss SMELLING the common room while Faith and Doly cook dinner, the care point, and the rain storms.

As our time has come to an end here in Swaziland, I am a lot sadder than I had expected to be when I first arrived. These three months have flown by and I am so thankful for the relationships built and memories made. Swazi will forever have a special place in my heart and the Lord has done so many amazing things here.

We are heading to Kathmandu, Nepal where life and ministry will look completely different. New culture, new hosts, new ministry and just a whole lot of new. Thank you all so much for your prayers as we travel and adjust to our second country.
