Hello there!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve publicly updated you about what’s been going on in my life. This post is going to be more of a list of updates, but I feel like it’s necessary to catch everyone up to speed so the blogs to follow make a little more sense.

  • On May 12th I graduated with my Bachelors in Nursing from Georgia College

  • Following graduation I moved home to spend the summer soaking in time with my friends and family before I leave

  • On June 2nd I took my licensure exam
  • Spent June 3-14 in Gainesville, GA at training camp for the World Race. Be on the lookout for new post all about training camp to follow!

  • Found out I’M A NURSE on June 4 standing at my tent in the middle of the woods surrounded by my incredible squad, one of the most special and memorable moments of my life

  • Spent June 18-22 in Gulf Shores, AL with my youth group at Student Life Camp. This is always one of my favorite weeks of the year and something I will miss next summer!

The next six weeks will be used to process everything I learned at Training Camp, continue preparing for launch, and spend time with people who mean the most. I am scheduled to leave for ATL on August 3 for final training and will be flying out August 5 for my first destination, Haiti. I appreciate your prayers and encouragement over the next weeks.
