Within God, we are stronger and braver than we are in ourselves. He tells us that even through our scariest and darkest trials He is still God. I have been praying over the individuals we will come across over the next 11 months. My prayer is that God would show them no matter what they come to in life they will always have a Father that loves them. I want them to find comfort knowing God Neve lets them struggle alone. That they find their value and know that they have worth in His eyes.

Galatians 1:10, 2:20, 3:27, 4:7, 5:25, & 6:9 are 6 quick reminders about recognizing our worth. Scripture tells us we are not to live for the approval of others, we are not defined by our past, our with is in Christ- not of worldly things, we are no longer a slave- we are now a child of God, not to be lead by feelings and emotions- be lead by the spirit, and not to grow weary while doing good- when the time is right you will reap what you’ve sown.

God breathed life into dust, making something beautiful out of something worthless. All of the creation, God has been bringing value to the valueless, hope to the hopeless, and life to the lifeless. Don’t dare look at yourself and deny what God sees in you. When we were at our worst, lowest point, and absolutely no one could clean us up, at that moment Christ said, “I’ll take that one, That’s the one I want.”

We are precious children of the highest King and Heavenly Father. The beautiful thing about God is that even though we can’t fully comprehend His love, His love fully comprehends us. God knows our sin but chooses to call us by name. The only thing that defines us is “I Am”. This is the name God gave Himself when asked by Moses who He is, and He is the reason we have value, purpose, and identity. We are loved by the God of the universe, and nothing can take that away.

We’re not called to be a soccer star, a comedian, a beauty, a genius, or a celebrity. We are called to belong to Jesus. We should reflect that we are God’s handiwork, masterpiece, and creation. We are His own, chosen, have worth, found capable, and are forgiven.
