So real quick I want to talk about God’s timing. Often times God doesn’t wait until the worst time…No…He waits until the IMPOSSIBLE time 🙂 For Example:
1. In Gideons army, God waited until the army shrunk down from 32,000 to 300 – seeming IMPOSSIBLE to win.
2. God waited until it was physically IMPOSSIBLE for Abraham and Sarah to have a baby to actually allow her to get pregnant
3. Jesus waited 3 days after Lazurus died to revive him, because by the 4th day it was IMPOSSIBLE for Lazurus to be brought back to life by any other way.
The reason why He does this is because only HE can receive the glory/the credit for what happens! No man can take credit for what God Himself does, and that’s the way it should be 😀
As we are getting ready to go on our missions trip tensions are high…especially in the area of fundraising as a lot of us are still pretty behind in meeting our fundraising deadlines – but this is the PERFECT opportunity for God to show up and do what He does best… the IMPOSSIBLE! 😀
