Three days. THREE DAYS until I will be across the country in Georgia for Training Camp!!!
How exciting, intimidating, and overwhelming.
Three seems to be a number for completeness- the beginning, middle, and end. And now I have three days too! Three days to pack, three days to finish finding coverage for shifts, three days to mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally prepare to meet the group of people I will be spending the next year of my life with. How awesome! How scary. How wonderful!
I invite any support you can give over the next three days… I have a lot to do!
Three days is simultaneously a painfully long and painfully short period of time… And I can’t wait to walk through them.
World Race Training Camp… here I come! I can’t wait to get on the plane Monday morning. I can’t wait to meet my squad! I can’t wait to learn more about the 11 countries I will be visiting (Chile, Peru, Colombia, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Haiti, and The Dominican Republic). I can’t wait to see Christ moving as my dreams become reality over these next few weeks.
Let’s do this.
Let the countdown begin.
Three days remaining until takeoff.
. . .
