Have you ever had a dream, purpose, or passion that pierced every fiber of your body and soul so much so that it would drive you to tears just thinking wishing for an opportunity to be able to fulfill it? Ever since I was 9 years old I had that. While my friends desired to be teachers, doctors, or artists my deepest desire was to just be able to serve God. I remember asking Him if he would allow me I would do anything for him; I would leave my family, go to the unknown, and even die for him.
God has allowed me to minister in 11 different countries in 11 months; that is one county a month. I will be in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, India, Nepal, Armenia, Georgia, Bulgaria, and Albania serving in whatever capacity our local partners need us.
I am thankful and humbled with this opportunity that God has given me. I do not lie when I say that I had to fight off tears on BART when I received the phone call letting me know that I got accepted to the program on my way to work. Even now just thinking about the opportunity to do ministry with no other worries (work, bills, school, etc.) I am moved to tears.
This will be a roller-coaster ride from fundraising to ministry to coming back home at the end of the trip and I would like to invite you along the ride with me. Please subscribe to this blog to be kept up to date with what God is doing not just in my life but also in ministry.
I ask you to pray with me about this journey as I begin to prepare myself, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally for what is to come. If you would like to partner with my financially and join me in ministry please do!! You can donate here on the blog!!
Thank you and keep an eye out for my next blog!!!
