The people are so intelligent. The average Malay knows 3/4 languages. I’m incredibly jealous. The tap water is clean enough to drink. That’s literally unheard of in Asia??? You can flush the toilet paper. Talk about boujee. There’s a 7/11 on every corner, street art on any bare wall and an awful stench I won’t even try to put into words. There are so many incredibly beautiful cultures all around; you have the native Malay, Chinese, Indian, Burmese and then tourists from all over. On the same street you have a Buddhist Temple, Taoist Temple, Islamic Mosque, Hindi Shrine and an Anglican church. On top of all the ethnic and religious diversity there is so much peace and harmony between all the differences. It truly is quite beautiful and I think the US has a lot to learn from the way these people live.
