As promised, I wanted to show you guys my team!
Just to clarify:
Our “Squad” is the entire group of 37 who is traveling from country to country together. We are alllllll on the October Route 2 (starting in the Philippines and ending in Ecuador) and will be together during travel days.
Our “Teams” are the smaller groups of 6-7 people who we live and serve with. This is a more focused group that is accountable to one another and does all of the day-to-day stuff with.
During Training Camp, we participated in several rounds of team formation trials. With each round, teams would be split up and members would be mixed around so that they could practice various team building exercises and see how well they worked together.
Our team barely changed throughout the 3 phases, which was really cool, because it made us feel confident in the combination of people we had!
So without further ado, take a look at these beauties…
I want you to meet the team that has already had a great impact on me — an extremely lively, bold, humorous, and joyful group of individuals.
I should also add that I could say A LOT about each one of them, even only knowing them for a short amount of time.
That being said, I have only know them a short amount of time, HA! So I cannot WAIT to learn more about them as individuals and grow an even greater amount of appreciation for each one.
This is Malysa!
Malysa is radiant, to say the least. She is spunky and funny and quirky and just speaks so much truth. I saw her worshipping one night and it was so pure and sweet and you can tell she feels the love of the Father by the way she walks and offers a warm smile to everyone around her.
Meet Macy!
Macy is bold as heck. She is sure footed, strong, and incredibly a u t h e n t i c. It’s a lot of fun listening to her talk about what she is hearing from God. She’s so confident in the way she lives out her faith. Macy also has a huge heart and is extremely genuine in how she expresses love and appreciation to others.
This is Adria!
Adria is straight up a force to be reckoned with. She’s full of wisdom and views life through a lens of constant inspiration and creativity. She is the definition of a solid rock and brave follower of Christ, always listening to what He’s leading her to do. Adria is also extremely comfortable in her own skin, hilarious, a wizard with words, and crazy empowering — she’s always building others up.
Meet Hannah!
Hannah is the sweetest soul with the most genuine interest in the people around her. She carries a quiet strength and a calming presence that seems to slow down time. She is unbelievably bold and it’s clear to see how well she obeys the voice of God. Deeply empathetic, playful, humorous, and always encouraging, Hannah is a true light among our team.
And here’s Madison!
Madison is a complete JOY to be around. Her energetic personality and eager smile touches everyone she interacts with. She is so confident in where God leads her to go. She sees others and makes them feel comfortable. Especially with our team, she was always intentional and genuine in the questions she asked and the feedback she gave.
Woooooo something big is stirring up among this team, you can just feel it!!
I can’t wait to share more with everyone about this team and what we get to do. You’ll be seeing a lot more of them.
That being said, I’m STILL lacking a few thousand dollars to even get to launch in one month! That’s all we have left!!
