Today was our last day in the Albanian high school.

All this month we visited the high school and spent several classes in conversations.  Sometimes our conversations were about Albania, hobbies, or dreams and sometimes they went deep and philosophical.

But today for fun we played a game with the seniors. We played the “Name Game.” Everyone wrote an animal name on a piece of paper. We gave them to Meagan who passed them back at random. Whatever slip of paper you got you put to your forehead without looking. The goal is to be the first to discover who you are by asking the group yes or no question.

It was fun and the students were able to practice English as they asked for clues!

We asked questions like, “am I a mammal? Am I big? Do I fly?” And so on.

For the game you have a different identity and spent the time trying to discover who you are.

This got me thinking about identity.  The World Race has been teaching me so much about my identity in Christ.

I used to look to those around me to help me discover who I am. But on the race I’m learning to ask Jesus who I am.

We can keep asking Jesus who we are in Him and His Word is so clear.  We are adopted, redeemed, whole, healed and so much more.

God is so good!
