technically in costa rica Uber is illegal, so it’s super cheap and very easy to get!
3. Would you rather wear Chacos or Berks?

pro-tip: berks are cuter, but chacos last so much longer!

so, we live a block down from a Fresh Market with wifi and you can see probably at least 8 racers there every night buying ice cream and using the wifi!

Each team on our squad is assigned to a different chore every week and two of those are breakfast prep. and dinner clean up. Break prep includes either making scrambled eggs for everyone or setting up the cereal, making the coffee, and making lunch for the squad which is two sandwiches, an apple, and a bag of chips per person. Dinner clean up includes doing all the dishes, wiping the tables, and sweeping and moping the floors in the common areas of the house.
6. Do you prefer team worship or squad worship?

Every Monday night for team time we have worship. Some weeks we do it as a squad and some we do it as a team.

This squad is truly the best and it is so incredible the see how the Lord is working through all of us here in Costa Rica. Living in a house with 50 other teenagers has taught me to truly love everyone the Lord has decided to put into my life, and I’m so so thankful for that!
It’s so crazy to believe that this is my last week of ministry here, as we are heading to South Africa in less than two weeks! Please continue to pray for strength and perseverance as the Lord prepares our squad to spread his love to a whole other continent!
