India you have changed my perspective on the fact that we are given what we need not what we want 9 out of 10 times in life. The beauty in the unknown. I expected India to be everything it turned out not to be. That we would be working with nonbelievers and the hungry. In a city that’s crowded and full of temples and worshipping of idols. God had something completely different in store for my squad and I. The part of India that we walked into was full of believers and churches. In fact we even are staying at a Christian college. Surrounded by believers our age who have so much love for the Lord.  When I tell you I was bummed and very confused i sure was. I kept asking the Lord why. Why can’t we reach the unreachable. Since then I have made connections with the young and old, freely able to speak about the Gospel to anyone I cross paths with. The Lord reminded me that He doesn’t need any of us to make a way. That we are so lucky to be apart of His victory. He is working!! Everyday I am able to pour into my sweet friends and they into me. Sometimes the Lord has completely different plans for us than what we have for ourselves. The most beautiful perfect plans.
