Hannah is our team leader and one of the kindest people you will meet. She carries the presence of God wherever she goes and has a gift of bringing life into a room. Hannah has a joyful soul and it radiates. She’s hilarious and never fails to make me laugh. Hannah is intentional with people and will go out of her way to check up on how they are doing. She puts others before herself and doesn’t apologize for her faith and who she is. Hannah is courageous.
Rachel is literally the definition of passion. In everything she does she does it 110%. Rachel loves people and loves building intimacy with others. Her heart for God is beautiful. Her relationship with Jesus isn’t just a “sometimes if I feel like it” relationship. It’s the relationship that is first in her life. Jesus is where her focus is and it’s amazing to see what the Lord is doing through her. Rachel is a hard worker physically, spiritually, and mentally. If you ever need someone to fight for you, she’s your gal. Rachel is bold.
Abby is one of a kind. She has the gift of laughter and a heart for those that feel unseen. Her faith in Jesus has grown so much on this trip and I’m so proud of her. She loves children and in every country she forms such a deep relationship with them. Abby doesn’t give excuses when life gets tough, but continues to press on and seek the Lord. She has such an intimacy with the a Father that you can see Jesus in her when she walks into the room. Abby is a leader.
Rissa is a girl that knows what she wants and she isn’t afraid to tell you. The Lord has given her so much authority with her words; they’re so powerful. Her heart is in Africa and she loves the people there. Rissa is not afraid of what the world may throw at her because her trust is rooted firmly in the Lord. She hears so clearly from Him and intentionally seeks out people. Rissa’s heart is caring and she feels for others. Rissa is determined.
Erin is a sweetheart. She has one of the biggest servants hearts that I’ve met. If you need someone to talk to, Erin will always bring wisdom into your situation. She’s so smart and is firmly rooted in the Word. One thing I love about Erin is that she understands my humor. Erin loves others so well. She loves to spend time with them and then makes it a priority to continually create time with that person. She is intentional with her time for sure. Erin is a treasure.
Hailey is the newest addition to our team! She is a person who easily understands others. Hailey has a heart for worship and it’s beautiful. She isn’t shy when she worships and seeks out different ways of glorifying God. Hailey has a kind personality. She is gentle and meaningful with her words. When she looks at others she doesn’t see who they are in the flesh, but who they are in the Spirit. Hailey is set apart.
And that is team Agape. Thankful I get to do life with these people for nine months 🙂
