oh the famous question when you return from a reckless, counter-culture year spent overseas.
“so what are you going to do now, Maggie?”
“how are you going to get your life back on track?”
“when are you going to finish that Masters program?”
“where are you going to work now?”
i’m learning that sometimes a counter-culture life is the best kind of life. sometimes doing radical things is the best way to see the Kingdom in this world, and to continue bringing Heaven to earth.
a 9-5 job has never sounded appealing to me. living the white-picket fence life has not ever been my dream. this past year God made that all the more clear to me, too.
this unpredictable, spontaneous, live-by-faith-alone kind of life is what fills me up. this is how i experience God at a deeper level.
so from one radical journey to the next, i’m here to announce just what my next step is!
after the race, we are given endless opportunities of ways to stay this path of being on the mission field and experiencing the Kingdom and what our purpose in it is. one of those opportunities is a training program in Spain called G42.
G42 is focused on a transformative curriculum of equipping for leaders who are passionate about establishing the Kingdom of God on earth.
i know that the Lord has amazing plans for my life, and i know that deep in my heart there are dreams and passions that are being stirred to life. but how do i make these things possible? how do i turn a dream to reality? what does it look like to establish missional communities here on this earth?
these are things i will learn at G42.
these are things that i will be equipped to continue searching for after G42.
these are things that God will awaken inside of me during my time in the classroom and on the field at G42.
G42 is a 9-month program. the first 3 months are spent in Mijas, Spain (freakin’ beautiful!!!) in the classroom being taught by teachers and staff who are there to connect deeply and intentionally with students in order for us to discover Christ in ourselves and learn our Kingdom call. the second 3 months during our practicum will be spent on the mission field, applying what was learned the first 3 months, and intentionally living like Jesus did. the last 3 months will be back in the classroom in Spain solidifying lessons learned on the field, debriefing practicum, and learning what it looks like to apply this new way of life after G42 – launching into the rest of our lives.
in order to be a part of this tribe of people, i will be fundraising $10,000. this amount will cover my lodging, food, and schooling in Spain, as well as my travel to and from my practicum.
that means that i cannot do this without you!
most of you know this, but i have a burning passion to be on the mission field. this is where my heart is and this is the calling that God has on my life. and i love that YOU want to be a part of that!
the link provided below will take you to the interns site where you will find my name under the March 2020 interns.
you cannot donate one time, you can donate monthly, or you can donate multiple times! whatever the Lord is leading you to.

i cannot express my gratitude and thankfulness for each and every one of you! like i’ve said before and i’ll say it again, i could not have made it this far in my journey without you! thank you so incredibly much!
please do not hesitate to reach out with any and all questions or concerns! i’m open to all conversations and love hearing from my people <3
let’s go build the Kingdom together!!
