Over the last 9 months I’ve learned that Abundance is a team of powerhouses, and have a lot to offer the world.

In an attempt to share an idea of the things that Abundance has to offer, here’s a list of 30 things that my teammates have taught me.

1. what essential oils actually do

2. the proper way to attack a tarantula

3. that paper, scissors, and tape can do a lot for a room

4. the value of a real coffee date

5a. how many different love languages there are

5b. what it looks like to speak those languages

6. how to share a bathroom. like really share. like 9 people, 1 shower, 1 toilet share.

7. that I really need alone time and that’s ok

8. how to eat an apple from top to bottom

9. the infinite uses of a sarong

10. that 9 closets are better than 1

11. that $20 bills are useless, only 20 $1 bills are worth anything

12. how unnecessary entertainment is when you’ve got 9 weirdos stuck in the same service-less power-less barn with you

13. the power of a hard drive (especially when it’s got 803 movies on it)

14. big teams are hard, but worth the struggle

15. there’s no such thing as too many oreos

16. how to make a house become a home

17. how often I sleep talk- apparently I’ve just been needing an audience

18. that apparently some people have more coffee in their veins than blood

19. that conflict doesn’t always mean harmony is lost. if anything true harmony is found through conflict

20. the STARK difference between a hydroflask and a nalgene

21. how easy it is to roast someone when you spend every hour of your life with them

22. the only way to know if someone is upset is to ask them

23. and that asking doesn’t mean you are entitled to an answer

24. that everyone has a serial killer trait, it’s only weird if you forget that you also do some things that a serial killer would do

25. that sisters are sisters by blood, some by the genetics of your parents, others by the blood of Christ

26. how beautiful draino is

27. the value of letter writing, even when you live a few feet apart

28. that tall people give good hugs. short people give good hugs. it’s the medium people that are exactly your size where things get dicey

29. did I mention how much I’ve learned about essential oils?

and 30. that COMMUNICATION MATTERS. it’s the difference between true harmony and false harmony. it’s the difference between understanding and confusion. it’s the difference between a healthy team and an unhealthy team.
