Welcome friends!
My name is Kathryn Hamilton, and I am embarking on the World Race come August 2018!
I am 21 years old and from Albany, TX, a small town in West Texas, but also lived in Dallas till I was 14. I will graduate from Abilene Christian University in May with a degree in Advertising/Public Relations.
Ministry has been a major part of my life. From working at a church with junior high and high school girls to interning at mission organizations in both Dallas and Boston, I shouldn’t be surprised that God has called me to the mission field. Yet God never ceases to call me into deeper waters, outside my comfort zone.
Quick facts about me:
- I have two incredible parents (shout out Paul and Debbie) and two knucklehead of amazing brothers
- I have been short-term mission trips to Cuba, Cambodia and Venezuela
- Some hobbies include hunting, hammocking, baking, writing and drinking lots and lots of coffee
- If I had to listen to one CD on repeat for the rest of my life, I’d choose between the Les Miserables soundtrack or any Amy Grant Christmas album
I look forward to sharing this journey with you and am asking for your prayer as I get closer and closer to taking off to share the Gospel overseas.
