I haven’t posted in a while, so I figured I owed this to those who are wondering what these past months have looked like! Here are some pictures of Taiwan.

The day after we arrived in Taiwan was so blissful. Specially, after a month in Japan’s winter wonderland.

As a squad we were able to hike up Elephant Mountain and see Taipei 101 which was at some point the world’s tallest building. Still a pretty significant and visited landmark in the Asian world.

Taipei was the first time the squad separated and we were able to bond with our teams. My team, Invictus, headed out to a coastal town called Toucheng. Here we were greeted by Youth With a Mission (YWAM) staff and were introduced to a local church.

At this local church we did Sunday school with the youth and had meals with the church members for 2 weeks before heading to the next country. We also had the chance to teach some English classes outside of the church.

Our sweet friends from YWAM took us camping and gave us some lessons on how to surf.

😉

We also did free prayers at a Lantern Festival in Ping xi.

Met some really beautiful people who gave us tickets to participate in the releasing of the lanterns. Including this lil Queenie <3

Invictus <3 Always in my heart.

Favorite picture of Molly and me in Taiwan 🙂
