My first awakening!
The meaning of our awakening is that three other squads including my squad had a retreat with sessions and getting to know the other two squads. We had k squad which was on month four of there race which included nine other guys that I got to know very well. The other squad aka f squad were on there last month and did I have a lot of questions for them to answer.
It’s been great to get to know a lot these people! Even better when some of them knew my favorite card game Yocher! Especially when we had our guy talk! We talked a lot about ownership and a little about vulnerability! I brought up that need to be able to discipline myself with my time with God. I learned that there are many different ways to spend time with the Lord and mine was through singing and dancing.
Which reminds me that I became one of the worship facilitators for my team. I was afraid of this at first because I didn’t feel like I was called to lead anything. But with prayer and getting my team to know I felt the Lord wanting me to come and try to facilitate worship.
