Well this blog is a little late (sorry we haven’t gotten Wi-Fi in a little bit). We made it Bolivia, and settled into our new home for the last week and a half. We’re staying with a girls home/ orphanage. My team of 6 have spent late nights and early mornings in our one room home sharing laughs and lots of restful hours of sleep.

Day one we made friends with many bugs that were very upset we were moving in, also still currently upset. A few days later found out the trees out side have monkeys and sloths hanging around in the mornings!

I have loved my time staying here so far. The kids are full of laughter and love for us. I have never felt so welcomed in my life. They are truly the best part of being here for me.

We have also visited the boys home about an hour away. Many boys there have sister’s at the home were staying at. It is the sweetest thing to share pictures of their sisters with them. They light up, giggle and shout their names as they see them on the screen.

Our host is truly amazing, we have nicknamed him dad. He is always smiling and translate for us. He is a very sincere and caring person. His heart for missions is what encourages us to do more everyday. If you ever come to Bolivia you would have the best time going on an adventure with him!

We have truly been blessed to pour into these kids lives and hearts. But just as much as we pour into them they pour into us. They love with so much passion it fills even the biggest of hearts.

I am thankful for every memory I’m making here this last week were staying with them. After this week ends we will be traveling to a small town several hours away to help out churches there.

This is my quick update of my time so far in Bolivia! Where the sun / humidity never ends and the kids are full of energy and joy 🙂

P.s if anyone wants to adopt believe me you will never find better kids than the ones here
