Hi! I’m Hailey! Welcome to my blog! Here are some fun facts about me:
– I have 5 younger siblings
– Excepting 2 years of college, I’ve lived in Wake Forest, NC (really close to Raleigh) since I was 2 (we moved 25 minutes from our previous house in Raleigh..haha)
– My favorite thing about NC is that we have both wonderful mountains and beautiful beaches
– I majored in Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning and am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS)
– I love working with athletes to help them play better through becoming stronger and faster
– When I was a little kid, I wanted to be a missionary and a mom when I grew up
– I love sports and am a 4th degree black belt in TaeKwonDo, used to ride horses (English- hunter/jumper), and played volleyball (in high school)
– I have never written a blog before so…please bear with me!
