SHATTERED
When the enemy Breaks into our lives his goal isn’t just to steal something is to steal everything including our faith in God
John 10:10 tells us: “The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy and Jesus came to give us a new life.”
However, when Satan steals something we love or destroys what we lived for we feel is shattered, in the moment the pain feels impossible to process so we become desperate to find a piece of ourselves. We will even use the painful pieces of the enemies work, wanting to believe we can make something beautiful out of the devastation kind of like the concept of a stained glass window.
As hard as it is to hear when you’re hurting, the truth is, when we rebuild from painful pieces that are beyond repair, we end up creating a stained glass memorial which becomes a continual reminder of the death and destruction the devil did.
I know how hard it is to let go and let God throw away the old pieces of our past that are beyond repair
But if we continue to try to piece our lives back together with the shattered pieces of the enemies work we will remain in pain.
It’s time to allow our Heavenly Father to install a brand new beautiful window so we can see His goodness and not satan’s destruction.
No more memorials of the enemies work; those died when Jesus died on the cross. It time to live the life we have now because today is all we have!
