The funnest ministry so far on the Race was getting to help build this log cabin!
We worked on the outside cleaning up the job-site…
And we sanded the second level floor as well as half of the top level. Lots of ‘knee’ time!
Sanded, two coats of sealer, and a fine sanding later…. beautiful!
We also spent lots of time outside staining these I-beams for the additions to the school.

The Ithemba school we went to most afternoons to help with the kids.
This was the crew I got to hang out with most of the time. I got to help with homework – 5th and 6th grades are the best!
And I ran/walked a 5K too!
Yes, I loved South Africa! In particular, Jeffrey’s Bay!
