Jackie Halyard: She is real. She is vulnerable. She is honest. She walks in obedience with the knowledge that speaking truth breaks down barriers which hinder freedom. She shuts down shame. She embraces grace and extends that gift to others. Her laugh is joy, and her words are wisdom.
She is one of my incredible squad leaders. I am lucky to be loved by her.

Forever grateful I sat next to you that bus ride up the mountain when we shared our stories. It was a moment I felt heard and understood. I think about that day a lot.
