My team and I arrived in David, Panama, yesterday at 10:30 pm after traveling 9 hours by bus. The time difference is now only 1 hour behind from home. This travel day was actually one of the easiest travel days we’ve had so far. We then drove from David to a little place in the mountains called Chiriqui where we will be living for the month at a Ywam base. We are currently living with three other students that are a part of a DTS program. On Friday, they will leave and Tuesday morning 25 others will come. This month community living looks a little different, but I am excited to make many new friends.

The weather here in Chiriqui, Panama is rainy and on the cooler side, which I don’t mind at all. We came from Jaco, Costa Rica where it was high 80’s and very humid. I don’t think there was a day where we all didn’t sweat. So 60’s and 70’s feels very nice.

I am excited to get started with ministry. We have yet to receive our schedule but it seems like it will be a pretty busy month. Thank you all for your prayers. I will keep you updated as much as I can. Blessings to all!
