Greetings from the Philippines!
This month has been filled with so many great things. It’s hard to believe that we only have a week left here before heading to Thailand. As I sit here to write this blog, I look back on my time here in the Philippines and am so sad that it is coming to an end. This month has been filled with smiles, laughter, hugs, tears, vulnerability, change, growth, favor, blessing, thankfulness, and love. I’ve seen God’s love poured out in so many ways. He has been teaching me what it looks like to live in community with fearless women of God, He has stretched me, and has given me many opportunities to experience His goodness and faithfulness. I’ve learned so much about genuine, lasting joy just by watching the children live life. No matter what their circumstances looked like, they did not let that determine their joy. True joy is from the unchanging goodness of God which never changes.
