Sooo I wrote this blog post once already but this wonderful thing called WiFi failed on me and my whole blog got erased 🙁 I probably spent 2 hours on it and so I ask you all to please show me some grace if this post isn’t that great :)) but I do want to share with you all everything that is happening in my life right now!
God is really doing something amazing inside me. Seeing the poverty and seeing the hopelessness in the Ecuadorian people is really touching me. We are so blessed as Americans and we don’t even realize it. One of my ministry hosts was telling me that some of these people only make 5$ a month! I made twice that for just an hour of work back in the states! Tomorrow we start our first week of ministry and I can’t wait!! Next weeks post will be all about it! I only get WiFi on the weekends so my contact with the outside world is limited for the next 2 months. But I’m super excited to experience life instead of watch it from a phone!
Oh, by the way, Quito Ecuador is beautiful! The mountains/volcanoes surrounding us are beautiful!! The city at night glows and its probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen or been to! God is amazing and so are my supporters who are making this trip possible for me!!!
