After prayer followed by confirmations from the Lord, I have decided to take a gap year with the WORLD RACE. I’m very excited and somewhat nervous. I’ll be gone from home for 9 months straight which I know will be a challenge in and of itself. I’ve selected a route that includes the countries of: Peru, Cambodia, Guatemala and Ecuador.
After going through the interview process, filling out all the paperwork, and even getting signed up for a passport this past week it is all starting to sink in that this is really happening.
I’m now in the “fundraising” phase of the process which seems a little daunting but I know the Lord will provide as I’ve seen Him do it for my family over and over throughout my entire life!
