The Holy Spirit spoke to me about a week and a half ago. Telling me i need to fast for three weeks!? This is not the first time or the last time i have fasted. The only difference this time is I’m not sure why? I want to believe it is for the fundraising I need but have not gotten a specific word as to why!?
Me and three other people are on this fast two friends from work. So that does make it allot easier. I am fasting meat and bread. The first time i did this it was very hard and i was starving the whole time. But after fasting several times now i have it down pretty good so I’m not starving all day.
The biggest difference this time is that when i do get hungry i pray this, ” Lord please feed me with your spiritual food so that i may be full till i can eat.” AND QUESS WHAT IT WORKS!!!!!! I just thought that was cool God loves me that much that when i am hungry and cant eat yet, he makes me feel full.” This is just food we are talking about here how much more would he give if we only asked, “God i want to be filled with your love and a mind that thinks like you!!??” I mean realy what if we all took time out of our day to do this how different people would be!?
God is so good. He promised to help us to guide us take care of us that we may live a prosperous life. I pray and am putting in the work to reach my fundraising goals little by little i see it rise.
