Yesterday as we walked threw the streets of Athens Ga. Me and two friends where handing out food to the homeless. A man (did not ask his name) was preaching hell fire and brim stone. While he was not necessarily wrong his presentation was far from appealing. He spoke of religion and how we where all going to hell for what we where doing believing he was the only, and i quote “Real Christian there.” Of course people where offended and they back lashed at this man. All while his young teenage son was standing right next to him saying nothing. There was debate back and forth, but the spirit of religion was on this man so hard core there was no talking to this man. I felt bad for him he was so caught up in persecuting the unrighteous he forgot one major thing Jesus did while he was on this earth. Jesus LOVED THE PEOPLE. He did not come to condemn them he came to give us back a relationship with God. So that we can be one on one with our father.
Needless to say I was talking with some people in the group that where listening to this man condemn everyone. One lady who was a Christian a man in a wheelchair also Christian both said the same thing to me. And i quote “if i was unsaved that man’s church would be the last place I would go to hear the world of God.”
I end this buy saying. ” Do not condemn your brothers and sisters in Christ LOVE THEM TO WHOLENESS, do as Jesus would have done Love them show them who Jesus threw your actions and God will path the way for you to lead them him.” God is NOT a religion it is a relationship show that and you will start to win souls! Love you guys!
I just broke 2,000 dollars in fundraising a great start but still have a long way’s to go. Please would you pray fully consider making a donation I would be forever great full.
