My name is Alyx and I’m excited that you’ve taken an interest in how God is molding me on this adventure! The World Race is something that was dropped in my heart this previous summer and ever since then God’s been providing and opening doors! I’m originally from the southwestern Missouri/ northeastern Oklahoma area. I’ve been in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the past three years attending classes at Rhema Bible Training College. I graduated May 2018 with a focus on Helps Ministry.
I’m very family-oriented. I’m the oldest sister of six and I can honestly say being an older sister has changed me for the better! My siblings keep me goofy and always have me on my toes. I know leaving them for 11 months will be difficult, but I’m expectant of how God’s going to move through my team and I and I’m confident that He’ll provide for both my family and myself during that time.
In my free time you can usually find me out with friends at a coffee house or in a group setting laughing and joking around. I’m an extrovert and enjoy people, but I’m not gonna lie…I’ll never be one to pass up a good napping opporunity. 🙂
