Meet my friend, Air. She is a face of Jesus.
She is 20 years old. She lives in Fang, Thailand where I’ve been teaching English for the last month.
I met Air my second week of classes and quickly found out that she is a Christian, which is super rare to find in Thailand! She’s from Myanmar near the Thailand border but now she lives here, goes to high school full time where she’s a junior, and she teaches Sunday school once a month at her church.
In the future she wants to do YWAM and be a missionary in Laos, Myanmar, and Africa. She is kind and genuine and carries the light of Jesus and I can’t wait to see where this girl goes for the Kingdom in the future!
Here is her testimony told from her:
“I grew up in a Roman Catholic family. I went to church on Sunday. Normally, my family was a warm family with the strongest father, leading the family. But one day my father died and I came to live with my aunt. Studying in Thailand for 4 years with aunt. After that I came to the foundation that I am currently (The Mighty Oak Foundation) and I met God. When my father died and I was with my aunt, I had a lot of questions when faced with many problems than one child would accept. When I met with God, the Lord answered all my questions, causing small children who were sad. A smile. I love God and God came into my father.”
